Great location

Great location downtown, love living close to promenade and walleye stadium. Sarah is so amazing and love her so much! She cares so much and takes care of my dog Beau every time with treats and pet of the month.

Love living here

Been here for over a year now and am happy living here in my first apartment downtown. I have only lived in Oregon, Oh most of my life and was a little weary living downtown at first but am happy living here and would definitely recommend if your looking to live downtown!! Great, nice, and extremely helpful property manager and maintenance guys!! Apartments are nicely updated and the location is great. Has all the amenities that I wanted minus a pool but that's not a biggie at all. Love having higher than normal ceilings and thicker walls, floor and ceilings!

Perfect place to live downtown

I have enjoyed living at the edge. It’s very walkable and staffs are so friendly! I would definitely recommend this apartment. Reasonable price if you wanna experience the best of downtown!
